I currently offer reduced-fee individual therapy sessions through Irenic Therapy as part of my clinical training. My work is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and grounded in an integrative approach that honors the complexity of each person’s story. I tend to work from a relational, reflective, and creative lens. That may include making space for emotion, patterns, identity, nervous system awareness, meaning-making, or the parts of you that have had to work hard to protect you. Therapy does not have to begin with perfect clarity. It can begin with a feeling, a question, a rupture, a hope, or simply the sense that something needs care.
Integrative Pathways of Therapeutic Processing:
/ EMDR→ bilateral stimulation, embodied processing, memory reconsolidation
/ Somatic → interoception (eighth sense)
/ IFS → parts, embodiment, and narrative
/ EFIT → emotional processing and attachment
/ ACT → values, mindfulness, and present-moment contact
/ Existential → relational presence and meaning-making (mind/body/social/spiritual)
/ Feminist → systems awareness and relational power dynamics
/ Jungian → symbolism, archetypal identity, unconscious patterning, and meaning-making
I also welcome consultation and conversation with therapists, educators, and helping professionals who are interested in trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, or visually grounded therapeutic tools. My background in design, education, and counseling allows me to think across disciplines and create resources that are both clinically thoughtful and accessible.
If you are looking for visual tools, psychoeducational materials, worksheet design, or emotionally attuned creative support for a therapeutic or educational project, I would love to hear more. I’m especially drawn to collaborations that translate complex inner experiences into forms that feel clear, humane, and usable.
You do not need to have everything figured out before making contact. You are welcome to reach out with a question, a few details about what you’re looking for, or simply a note saying hello. From there, we can see whether working together feels aligned.
There is no pressure to have the right words. We can start wherever you are.
